Whether the refund amount will be credited to the bank account?

In most of the scenarios, the refund amount will be credited to the same account used to booking purpose. If any changes is required, then the user have to send a request letter with the proper bank details

Usually, the refund time will be 15-20 bank working days. But, it is also dependent of the circumstances such as natural calamities and pandemic conditions.

Whether offline payments are accepted?

At present, no offline payments and tickets are issued. The complete process is carried-out through the website.
