The general language spoken at event is English. Since, the event boundaries are extended at global level; we accept multilinguals and can speak as per their choice unless and until it is understandable by other person. The speakers and papers are accepted in only English language.

The directors reserve the right, at their discretion, to withdraw any profile (irrespective of speaker or paper presenter) whose influence or actions are deemed unsatisfactory, dangerous or incompatible to the event community or who will not follow the rules and policies of the event. If this occurs, no reduction or return of fee, or any part thereof will be made.

Participant and profile should maintain the highest standard of conduct at all times. Using profanity, disparaging dialogues, physical violence or threats during participation in the event is strictly prohibited. Participants/profile will be monitored completely throughout the event.

By accepting this Terms and Conditions, user confirms his/her acceptance of pictured/photographed during events and that such material can be used by AndamanDev and/or AndamanDev business partners for promotion or marketing.

The copyright of all photography appearing on our brochures or websites belongs to AndamanDev. No reproduction may be made without prior permission from the AndamanDev management.

The user should compulsory provide emergency contact number during registration. In scenarios of unnatural calamities in the event, the user provide rights to contact emergency persons and inform about the situation.

The AndamanDev can choose, whether the tickets shall be deposited on the venue or shall be sent electronically or if the ticket buyer shall have the choice between these different shipment methods. As far as tickets shall be deposited on the venue the AndamanDev has the right to collect the complete cost in Advance, which includes the requirements as mentioned by the user.

AndamanDev reserves all the rights to cancel/postpone a training program, change the location or schedule timing of the training program due to insufficient enrollments, trainer illness or any other unforeseen event. In the event of AndamanDev cancelling the training program, 100% refund will be done to the student.

Rescheduling of events can be done by AndamanDev. In the event of a reschedule of a event due to some unexpected reason like change of location or change of instructor, the profile will be notified in advance and the profile has all rights to reject the offer and collect the refund.

Participants cancelling for any reasons were are not eligible for a refund.

The payment process is completely operated through HDFC payment gateway. The terms and policies of acceptance and refund will abide with the policies of AndamanDev and HDFC bank terms.

If you or any Participant have complaint whilst on the AndamanDev events, you must bring it to the attention of our staff immediately. They will do their best to rectify the situation. If your complaint is not resolved locally, please follow this up within 28 days of your return home by writing mail to us at info@andamandev.com

Data Protection: Information about you and Participants, including names, contact details and any special needs, disabilities or dietary requirements is collected by us. We may disclose this information to our service providers for the purpose of providing you with your additional arrangements required to attend the event. Only information necessary for this purpose will be disclosed to them. Some information, for example relating to religion or health, may be “sensitive personal data” within the meaning of the Data Protection Act 1998. We need this information to cater for Participants’ needs, but it is collected on condition that we have your consent.

Jurisciction/Governing Law: Any dispute, claim or other matter of any description (and whether involving personal injury or not) which arises out of or in connection with the camp must be brought in the Courts of Karnataka.
